How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit https://paddle.net with the e-mail used at checkout, or contact us through the contact page and we will help you.
Subscriptions and renewals
Annual certificate renewals are recurring subscriptions. You can cancel at any time and the certificate remains valid until the end of the period you already paid for. A renewal charge can be refunded within 30 days of that charge.
Effect on an issued certificate
If a payment is refunded or charged back, any certificate issued in connection with that payment is revoked and the public record is updated to show the change.
